Great tool to document systems!
I have been for the past 12 months restructuring an already established Web Hosting Company and at the some time moving it a step

This is a great alternative to the costly Ad*be solution that we were trialing as it works with applications that really dont like postscript
distillers. It has digital signing, strong encryption and can monitor any installed printer. You dont just save a PDF file to your system with t
his as it can email you (I love the MAPI support) so that it can be forwarded with ease. Its saved us money as a multi user license is cheaper
than a single copy of Ad*be writer
